**What this site collects.** If you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email and phone number, your preferred way and time to be reached, and your message. Please don't put medical details in it. We use it to reply to you.

**Booking.** When you choose Book online, you leave this site for a booking page that has its own privacy notice.

**Records.** Your records from care are kept by Tilde and released only with your written permission or as the law requires.
