The one-on-one hour
Follow-up hours
A follow-up hour is the same hour as the first, without the paperwork. You and Bee pick up where you left off, and the time goes to the work that matters most this week.
This care is for you if
You've had a first hour and have a plan
You want the same therapist each time
You'd rather practice in the room than be handed a sheet of exercises
You want your questions answered as they come up

What the hour looks like
Who treats you
Bee Ly, for the whole hour. She doesn't hand you to an assistant or an aide.
What we do
Hands-on work, exercises that change as you do, and coaching on what to practice before the next hour.
What changes
The plan moves with you. If something isn't helping, Bee says so and tries a different approach.
What decides the rest
What decides how many hours
How you respond, what you're returning to and how much you do between hours. Bee reviews the plan with you as you go.
How it is paid for
Each hour is paid for when you book it, at the fee Bee gave you in writing. A block of hours is an option.

When to see a doctor first
Call 911 or go to an emergency room for chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or after a serious fall or injury.
See your physician first if you have a fever with pain, pain that wakes you and doesn't change with position, or an unexplained loss of weight. Bee will tell you if what she finds needs a physician's attention before more physical therapy.
Questions about this
Can I book the same time each week?
Often, yes. Ask Bee at the end of your hour.
What if I need to cancel?
Tell us as early as you can. The cancellation terms are written down before you pay, and Bee will go over them with you.
Will I get exercises to do at home?
Yes, ones you've already tried in the room, written down in plain words.
