Performance
Movement and performance
For people who train on purpose. Bee looks at how you move under the loads you choose, and builds the plan around the thing you want to keep doing.
This care is for you if
You run, lift, skate, ski or play a sport and something keeps interrupting it
You're returning to training after an injury
You want a second set of eyes on how you move

What the hour looks like
Who treats you
Bee Ly, a Minnesota-licensed physical therapist, who asks what your week of training looks like.
What we do
A movement exam, hands-on care and exercises that look like your sport more than they look like a clinic.
What it isn't
Coaching for a race or a lift. Bee works alongside your coach, and she doesn't replace one.
What decides the rest
What decides how many hours
Your season, what you're returning to and how your body responds to load. The plan changes when your training does.
How it is paid for
You pay Tilde directly, with a written estimate first. A receipt is available for your plan, which may or may not reimburse you.
How fees work
When to see a doctor first
Call 911 or go to an emergency room for chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or after a serious fall or injury.
See your physician first if you have a fever with pain, pain that wakes you and doesn't change with position, or an unexplained loss of weight. Bee will tell you if what she finds needs a physician's attention before more physical therapy.
Questions about this
Do you only see athletes?
No. This page is for people who train, at any level. Everyone else starts with the first hour.
Can you work with my coach?
With your permission, yes. Bee can share what she finds in plain words.
Do you do gait analysis?
Bee watches how you move in the room. She'll tell you what she can and can't tell from that.
