Video hours
A video hour is a follow-up with Bee, from your living room or your desk. It suits exercise coaching, checking in on your plan and questions that don't need hands.
This care is for you if
You've had a first hour in person and have a plan
You want a check-in without the drive
You're in Minnesota when the hour begins

What the hour looks like
Who treats you
Bee Ly, a physical therapist licensed in Minnesota. Video hours are for people who are in Minnesota at the time.
What we do
Watch you move, adjust your exercises, answer questions and update the plan.
What it doesn't do
Hands-on care. If Bee thinks you need to be seen in person, she says so.
What decides the rest
What decides how many hours
What you need hands for and what you don't. Many plans mix in-person and video hours.
How it is paid for
Paid for when you book, like any other hour, with the fee in writing first.
How fees work
When to see a doctor first
Call 911 or go to an emergency room for chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or after a serious fall or injury.
See your physician first if you have a fever with pain, pain that wakes you and doesn't change with position, or an unexplained loss of weight. Bee will tell you if what she finds needs a physician's attention before more physical therapy.
Questions about this
What do I need?
A device with a camera, a quiet space about the size of a yoga mat and a stable connection. Bee sends the link by email.
Can I have a video hour as my first?
Bee prefers to meet in person first, so she can examine you. Ask on a free 15-minute phone call if that isn't possible for you.
Is my video private?
Bee uses a video service she picks with privacy in mind and doesn't record. She'll tell you which before your hour.
