Blocks
Blocks of hours
A block is a set of follow-up hours you pay for together. Bee and you agree on its length at the end of a first hour, and the terms are written down before you pay.
This care is for you if
You know you'll want more than one follow-up hour
You'd rather decide once than every week
You want the terms in writing before you pay

What the hour looks like
What a block includes
A set of one-on-one hours with Bee, the exercises and written plan that go with them, and the same hour each time.
Its term
Every block has an end date, written on your estimate. Hours not used by then are handled as the written terms say.
Cancellation and refund
Both are in writing before you pay, in plain words. Ask Bee to go through them on a free 15-minute phone call if you'd like.
What decides the rest
What decides the length
What you're working toward, what the exam found and how much practice you do in between. A shorter block is always fine.
How it is paid for
A block is paid for together, and you receive an estimate first. The fee is on your estimate, not on this page.
How fees work
When to see a doctor first
Call 911 or go to an emergency room for chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or after a serious fall or injury.
See your physician first if you have a fever with pain, pain that wakes you and doesn't change with position, or an unexplained loss of weight. Bee will tell you if what she finds needs a physician's attention before more physical therapy.
Questions about this
Is a block cheaper than single hours?
That depends on the terms Bee writes for you. Ask for the estimate and compare.
Can I stop partway?
The refund terms say what happens to unused hours. You see them before you pay.
Will insurance pay for a block?
We don't bill plans. You can send your receipt to your plan, which may or may not reimburse you.
